Iced in with many BLESSINGS!

I was thinking today that I have way to much to blog about! That is probably because we have been trapped inside for so long. (Thanks to my parents who came to take me and the kids to Mc Donalds this afternoon! It was the highlight of our week!)
I would like to say I feel so blessed to be trapped inside with my 3 precious babies! I am also thankful that I have a Wonderful Husband that works hard everyday so I can be at home. God has really given me so many blessings and for that I am thankful!!! Here are a few pictures to remember our week so far.....
*This pic is Hunter with his "KING ARTHUR" award from school!(Student of the month in his Pre-k class.)

* My sweet little Emery! *My funny little Alli!

*Outside enjoying the snow(or should I say ice?!!)! Don't worry...Emery was only out there for the picture!

*Daddy let Hunter and Alli slide down the driveway in a box!

*My 3 Favorites in their Jammies all day yesterday!

*Hunter, Alli & Emery before church on Sunday! (Yes, I make them do this every week. Can't you tell by Hunter's face that he loves this tradition?!!)

I hope everyone is staying warm and enjoying the many blessings God has given! May we never forget that all good things come from above!!!
"Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God above." James 1:17 NLT

Beach Party!!!!

So....I guess my kids have been trapped in the house to much. (due to sickness!) Last night after Kyle and I were done cleaning up the kitchen we went into the living room. Hunter and Alli had made a swimming pool out of pillows. They both had on swimsuits and sunglasses. We asked them what they were doing and Hunter said, "we are having a beach party!"

Happy 3rd B-Day Beyonce....I mean Alli!

Is it bad that my 3 year old's favorite song is Beyonces' "All the single ladies"? Is it bad that my 3 year old loves to watch that music video? I know it is bad that my 3 year old can shake her bootie better than her momma!!!

Anyway, today is Alli's 3rd B-day and I really can't believe it! She has been quite the addition to our family. There are so many things I love about my Alli but I want to list a few!

I love her big blue eyes!
I love her fluffy cheeks! (which she is loosing. So Sad!!!)
I love her energy.
I love how she loves everything girly!
I love how she is a social butterfly.
I love that she loves to sing! (right on pitch I might add!)
I love how she loves to dance.
I love how she gets so excited about new shoes or a new outfit.
I love how she is sooo bossy!
I love how she loves her brother and sister.
I love that she has a special relationship with everyone in our family!
I love that she is a true GIFT FROM GOD!!!

We did not have big parties for Hunter and Alli this year due to the Holidays and My sisters wedding. We did however have a great time tonight with a lot of our family. She got so many fun things, ate pink cupcakes and did her Beyonce dance for everyone!!! She really is a joy!

Happy Birthday Alli Cristina!!! I love you more than you could ever know!!!!

The Stewart Infirmary!

What do I do with these sick kids?!! I have to say we are so blessed to have healthy children most of the time. I am not used to taking care of little sickies! I knew that Hunter and Alli were not acting like themselves on Wednesday night and they have been going downhill since then. I finally took both of them to the doctor yesterday morning. They did very well but they both have strep throat and a lot of congestion. Alli has a horrible cough and a fever. Needless to say they are in sad shape!! Like I said, we have not done this sick thing very much. For that I am very thankful. When I went to drop off their prescription yesterday Alli was not even in the system. She will be 3 on Monday and this is her first antibiotic! That is a good thing since it is absolute torture to get her to take her medicine. That is the reason for her giant Hello Kitty earrings that you see in the picture. We had to do some bribing!! Thankfully Hunter has done great with taking his. (He is such the big 5 year old!) Hopefully everyone will feel better soon! I HOPE!!!

My sweet Emery,

I can't believe that you are 6 months old already. The time has gone by way too fast since the day you were born. Here are some things I love about you and some things I love about our family with you in it.
I love how you smell.
I love how tiny and petite you are.(You are our smallest baby by far!)
I love how you giggle at your brother and sister when they do funny things.
I love how excited you get when you see your bottle or cereal.(You act like we haven't fed you in days!)
I love how you love to sleep in your bed.
I love how you have become so vocal lately.(That is where you, Hunter & Alli take after mommy!)
I love how Hunter and Alli fight over who gets to sit next to you when you are playing on the floor.
I love how they talk to you in really sweet voices.
I love how daddy calls you beautiful every time he picks you up.
I love how our family can never give you enough kisses.
I love how complete we feel with you in our lives.
You have been a complete joy the last 6 months. We look forward to the months and years of watching you grow!

I love you precious girl!
Love ~ Mommy
